Multiple Sadness 003 – Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. (1990)

On this episode we combine shoddy detective work with tons of Japanese cliches and some terrible special effects and get: 1990’s SGT. KABUKIMAN N.Y.P.D.

I apologize for including so many audio clips on this episode. This movie is full of so many dumb quotable lines that I had to include them all. I also apologize for repeatedly incorrectly stating the title of this film as Sgt. Kabukiman L.A.P.D. instead of the correct title, Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.. If Sgt. Kabukiman ever finds out he will surely make a sushi roll out of me.

YDKF Episode 163: Best Buy

It’s been 20 years since I worked for the big yellow tag. On this episode of You Don’t Know Flack I delve way back into the memory banks and tell a few stories about what it was like working for Best Buy. Not to spoil things but it was actually pretty fun and it got me out of a life of making pizzas. On this episode I talk about working the truck, repairing computers, and a few of the celebrities I met on the job.

YDKF Episode 162: 720

This episode of You Don’t Know Flack is dedicated to one of the greatest (and one of my favorite) arcade games of all time — Atari’s 720 degrees! In this episode I talk about the game, my first experience with a 720 arcade cabinet, and whether or not I ever ended up getting one! Also, AT&T Natural Voices shut down their free text-to-speech website and so Crystal has been fired and Crystal 2.0 was hired to read the episode number during the intro.
