YDKF Episode 168: The AP Story

In this episode of You Don’t Know Flack, I talk about the time I was interviewed by an AP reporter about my collection of classic games. The article ran in hundreds of newspapers, led to dozens of phone calls, got me a free TI-99/4a collection, and a cursed plaque.

  1. How did this podcast, or at least the last few minutes of it, not get named “Plaque Attack”?

I remember the redistribution of (TI 99/4a) wealth. That’s almost its own whole story. As for what games were good on the TI…there were actually a bunch, but Tunnels of Doom is still my favorite.
